Sajit Menon

Sajit Menon, the Program Operations Director, has more than two decades of social sector experience in Humanitarian and Development in South Asia, the Middle East, and the African region. He has front-led the strategic operations and quality project management for leading INGOs including Care Canada, Oxfam International, Save the Children, American India Foundation, American Red Cross, Focus Humanitarian Assistance, and UNICEF in different capacities.

As a holder of a master’s degree in Social Work, along with an advanced diploma in Human Resource Management, Sajit is equipped with critical thinking and planning skills, operational excellence, and an in-depth understanding of ground-level work. He has an excellent track record of successfully managing multi-geography, multi-sector, multi-million programs, as well as massive teams belonging to multiple cultures and backgrounds empowering various organizations across the globe.

Sajit has achieved numerous milestones in his journey with multiple INGOs to deliver best-in-class unified operational services, including being responsible for raising 16 million USD for the South Sudan flood response within a month.
