Anandroop Bahadur

Anandroop Bahadur serves as the Director of People Operations at Room to Read India. She is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 14 years of experience spearheading strategic HR initiatives across diverse industries, including IT, Education, and Non-Profit organizations. 

In her previous role as Head of HR at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) India, Anandroop successfully drove initiatives that enhanced human capital management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness while navigating diverse cultural sensitivities. Earlier, during her tenure at the Central Square Foundation, she headed the Talent Management & Organizational Development team, where she crafted talent attraction and retention strategies, and implemented robust performance management systems. Additionally, her leadership at the Amity Foundation facilitated substantial cross-cultural exposure, enriching her professional acumen. As the Director of People Operations at Room to Read India, she is passionate about advancing a culture of excellence and inclusivity, empowering the team to amplify the organization’s positive influence in transforming education across the nation. 

Anandroop is a 'Senior Certified Professional' accredited by the Society of Human Resource Management, US. She also holds a professional qualification in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
